Sometimes Eating Out Is Too Predictable:

The concept of Mystery Monday is to offer diverse, different, and interesting menu options for our diners—creating a dining experience that is fun and unexpected, so you won't just be ordering a meal, but enjoying a culinary surprise.

While we do offer a printed à la carte menu, the Mystery Menu is not printed. Instead, dishes are explained by the servers as they arrive at your table. Just let your server know about any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or dislikes, and we’ll take it from there.

OUR PROCESS BEGINS

On Tuesday morning, with a general concept, techniques, and a new idea or two, the creation process begins. Over the next several days, more ideas and ingredients come into the picture and dishes start to take shape. By Monday night, an entire three-course menu with several different options is ready to be served to our guests.
